Gout in the ankle was my first introduction to gout as you might recall if you’ve read my gout story.

This is a picture of gout in the ankle that continues to tell the tale of what a wicked disease this can be.

All the more reason I want to do what I can to let you and everyone else know that there are alternatives to the pain and if we stay on it, we can minimize the drugs and maybe eliminate them all together.

I wanted to find a suitable picture for you as to how gout elbow looks, but I didn’t find any that told the story really well.

What’s The Worse Joint For You?

Personally, I found getting a gout attack in my ankles to be the most painful and the hardest to deal with.

What started to become a very real and dangerous concern was how much joint damage was I causing by letting these episodes set in. The first few times I got symptoms of gout in the ankle I thought it was something that I would get over, get beyond and it would go away.

Somewhere between my 20th and 30th attack, I started to think that maybe I should get on it. Of course then came the tophi and that was a real bitch. Even now that it has been years since I’ve had a real gout attack, I can still get weird aches and tingles in my ankles and feet, the next thing your know, the eyebrows go up and start breathing deep…then I start slamming the water…just in case.

Get Busy

But just to remind you, the one thing you don’t want to do when you even think you might be getting a gout attack…DON’T WAIT! Don’t wait to find out – get busy! If you’ve got something that you’re happy with and it’s worked well in the past, get on it. If not, click on the link down below and get the Handbook…the Kill Gout FORMULA is waiting there for you.

Remember!  Gout in the ankle will return – be proactive about long-term solutions.

Bert Middleton

“I know your pain. Let me help you kill your gout for good!  And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.” Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout. Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life. Prescription drugs were of limited help… And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures. His marriage was suffering. His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible. Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain.  And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.

Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now. Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle. Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours. And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD! So you can finally start LIVING again!
